With over 20 years of program management experience driving enterprise-scale transformation across Fortune 500 companies, Kavita has led initiatives resulting in more than $600 million in cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Before founding Ka(a)talyst Consulting, she held executive roles at News Corp, AIG, and TIAA, where she led major transformation programs including shared services implementations, operating model redesigns and post merger integrations.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce and Business Administration, Kavita combines strategic thinking with practical know-how to help organizations navigate complex change with clarity and confidence.
When not transforming organizations, you might find her tackling challenging endurance runs or hikes. These pursuits have taught her valuable lessons about persistence, strategic pacing, and adapting to changing conditions that she applies directly to business transformation challenges.
